1) I've got a 2006 Mac Mini and the Hard Disk has just died. I was wondering if you could give me a quote for replacement of the Hard Disk. I think the current drive is 80Gb, though obviously I'd considering increasing the capacity given it needs to be replaced anyway.

2) PC world says it needs a new hard drive, but i've lost the discs that came with it to put a new one in. They also say I will have lost all my work and photos etc. What can I do?

3) I am writing to see if a technician can help with my damaged laptop. I spilt water into it about 2 weeks ago and the Mac store just want to rip it all out and put in new logic board etc. However, I know that the logic board is at least mostly ok, as the OS is booting up and the programs are running properly. The main two problems are that the battery is accepting mains power but not charging up further, and that some of the keys don't work, perhaps because of internal moisture. I know the Sheffield engineer is off work but I am based in Sheffield and can't drive so would struggle to drop it off in Nottingham or Manchester. Is there any chance you could pick it up from my work for repair/clean up?

4) I am having issues with my MacBook Pro 15.4 inch 2.16GHz. The battery is completely dead and has not been charging for a while now so I have been running it off the mains. Tried various resets as per the apple site and nothing. Now its not working at all.Its a couple of years old and had a fair amount of use, so my guess is the battery is dead? New battery? Don't know, could be the charge function so rather than buy a new battery right away thought I better check.

5) just returned from 6months abroad and powermac g5 wont turn on. there is power in the circuit (?) as the white led on the front will light up when the button is pressed but as soon as my finger comes off the light goes out and the system does not power up... i do however hear a 'click' on the initial depression of the button and the moment my finger leaves.the machine was working fine before i left.i have bought a new battery just incase that was the problem, but doesnt seem to have fixed it.

6) I have a late 2006, white intel imac, core2duo. Recently the hard drive has been making clicking sounds and often fails to boot
up. Calling the apple tech centre they have informed me that it is probably failing and needs replacing. Can you tell me what you would charge to replace the hard drive? It has a 250GB capacity and I would probably want to replace it with the same, or 500GB should the price be OK.nOR, if I purchased a Hard drive myself how much would it be to install it? I have time machine so wouldn't require any disk back up or transfer service.

7) I called Friday to enquire about migrating the info from my Imac to my macbook. Having looked at a map, I think it easiest for me to put them both in the car and come over to you. Are you available on Friday say 12 noon/1pm ish? I can bring them over and wait whilst its done (how long will this take?) , then take them back to work if so.

8) G5 Mac keeps turning off, now wont even come on for a few minutes, turns off while booting up

9) I bought a macbook from ebay about 10 months ago and have just hit a problem with it. Took the battery off to get the serial number to check my waranty online, and its been removed... which was nice. So, now I need to get my macbook repaired. I only get a white screen when I turn my macbook on, and sometimes there is a flashing folder with a '?'. I put my OS install disk in and it said there was a problem with the harddisk. It froze when it was repairing the disk. I went to reinstall the OS and it wouldn't even see the HD. No options came up when it asked me where I wanted to install it. Do you think you can help, and is it at all possible to estimate how much a repair may cost, if I have to replace the HD for example?

10) had a bit of an accident with my late 2007 macbook. The screen has been broken and needs replacing. I live in the morley area (LS27) and was wondering if you could possibly collect the macbook, for a fee if necessary as i have no means of transport at the moment.

11) I have a MacBook Pro 15 inch pre-Octiber 2008 modeil. I like to upgrade the memory and the hard drive. I have bought the both; but I am not confident of replacing myself. I was wondering if you could do it for me. If yes, please let me know how much would it cost, and how long would it take to do it? Thanks

12) Hello i am coming back home for a week, this coming week and was hoping to come and see you in regards to my Powerbook Mac battery, which seems to have stoppped working all together, are you available before the 1st of Jan and if so were do i come to and what time ?
